deprecate big_eyes
This is virtually an omnipresent characteristic in most anime-styled art, more so than the old tag eyebrows visible through hair. Even most Disney-inspired western art has this characteristic.
The tag has validity - but should really only be being used for things that are abnormally large by anime-style art standards (eg. post #2249424), not things that are abnormally big by the standards of actual people.
We could make very big eyes for posts like the one mentioned above. Some others seem to be mistags of wide-eyed.
I'm skeptical even very big eyes could work tbh. All anime art has very big eyes. But feel free to populate it and we'll see how bad it really is.

Created very big eyes, moved a few posts over from big eyes and gave it a wiki - I think the amount I stated is about the sort of level where it goes beyond what even the more extreme anime in this regard would normally have.
