How can I flag for deletion on pixiv?

Well, there are plenty of low quality images on pixiv, I would be glad if someone teaches me how to unnaprove / flag for deletion them... can someone help me?

Not exactly, my PC is very messed up at the moment and it don't supports japanese fonts showcase anymore, I'didn't bothered using this command previoulsly, anyway, it would be nice if someone points out where you need to click.

Man, it makes a lot of time since I didn't uploaded, commented or whatever on pixiv, and the things are much more complicated as there are no kanji whatsoever showing anymore, will you respond the question or not?

Holy crap definitively, I was confusing it with akibakko then, but that site is dead anyway.
