The artist tag had been renamed about a year ago to the current name, but the artist currently refers to themself as しのむ (Shinomu) on all of the accessible sites listed on their wiki entry, and there's no trace of "Murakami Ryouga" being used in any of them as far as I can tell.

EDIT: Turns out the Web Archive has proof that the artist did use "Murakami Ryouga" for a short while between August and September 2021, before changing back to Shinomu.

You don't have to remove those aliases, just creating the alias from murakami_ryouga -> shinomu_(cinomoon) is sufficient. Danbooru will fix the rest automatically.
