We don't have a tag for any other individual kanji (except for two-legged horse (kanji), which is a joke variant), so I don't think we need this one.

It's iconic because of Akuma (Street Fighter)'s special move shun goku satsu.
Some tagged posts do not directly reference the pose (eg. post #1317952), and conversely, most posts under shun goku satsu do not have a heaven kanji in them.

We should not keep two tag with 99% overlap just because the remaining posts are either random pedantic tagging or stuff that references the concept anyway.
