Alias mre, rations -> field_ration

BUR #11566 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias mre -> field_ration
create alias rations -> field_ration

They are used synonymously.

Edit: changed to alias both to field_ration.

If we're going with the term rations, then the tag should be renamed something like "field rations" so it's not using an ambiguous term.
