There's this list of fictional series wiki, but I'm not sure how it's used? If it's actually for ALL the fictional series on site, there would be a lot more than what's currently written and it doesn't sound useful as no one's gonna look in there anyway. If the series there have something special in common, better name and better description are needed.

The term "fictional series" sound pretty vague as over 95% of the copyright tags on site are already "fictional series" anyway. We should rename it to something better.
Wikipedia refers to it as a Story within a story, so we could probably call it that or something similar. Example: list of stories within a story, list of fictional copyrights, list of fictional copyrights within a copyright, list of series within a series, etc.

TvTropes does something similar, calling it Show Within A Show.
