create alias short_hair_with_long_locks -> long_side_hair

I doubt most people will know to look up "short_hair_with_long_locks".

Speaking from experience here.

It's not "side" hair, it could also apply to bangs or hair in the back of the head.

Plus "long side hair" would inevitably get mass-tagged with images with long hair or various forms of updo where the side parts of the hair are left down.

The bulk update request #10939 (forum #215413) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
