It looks like almost everything in animal balloon is an animal shaped balloon, which I think should have its own tag, leaving balloon animal for balloons tied into the shape of animals. ESL users might mix the two up, but I don't think that's a good reason not to distinguish them.

Agreed, I gardened the posts in the right tag and updated their wikis.

The bulk update request #10800 (forum #214868) has been rejected by @magcolo.
