I was uploading images and noticed when I went to some wikis of tags, chunks of description got taken out but when I looked at other wikis, there seems to have no changes.

Probably a matter of clean-ups. Danbooru wikis are supposed to be used for tagging help, but sometimes character wikis had excessive info unrelated to that, like height, blood type or lore. That info's unrelated, so it got deleted.
Wikis with excessive information are especially common in gacha games and Vtubers.

Oh, ok, thanks for answering, just felt weird when a wiki suddenly got huge chunks of it vanished for some reason.
