Deprecate off-shoulder_kimono

BUR #8531 has been rejected.

create alias off-shoulder_kimono -> off_shoulder

It seems that off-shoulder kimono is heavily misused to to point that just about any regular kimono that is worn hanging off the upper arms is tagged as off-shoulder kimono, having the exact same problems to why off-shoulder jacket and off-shoulder coat are also awfully misused tags.

The original intent of the tag is for kimonos that are naturally designed with low and wide-cut neckline (the same reason for the other specific off-shoulder_clothes like off-shoulder shirt). As it stands however, while off-shoulder jacket/coat have some correct examples to make the tags worth saving, off-shoulder kimono is pretty much useless and unsalvageable as a tag. The fact that the way kimonos are physically designed makes it ambiguous as to whether or not they are supposed to have low and wide-cut necklines did not help either.

  • Supposedly, the inherent problems with the off-shoulder_clothes tags as a whole is that blind taggers think the tag applies for every upper body clothing (regardless of design) hanging off the arms (ie. post #4066066, post #3942364, post #3832810, etc.), instead of upper body clothing that actually have low, wide-cut necklines (ie. post #5029029, post #4949889), made even more ironic how the typical mistaggers of the off-shoulder_clothes don't even use the tag for the latter case, instead using the tag more for the former case.

I would have requested a mass update instead, but for some reason it won't let me do so.

deprecate off-shoulder_kimono

Ditto, for the reasons stated in the failed alias, but maybe try for a deprecation instead; Off-shoulder kimono does not have a clear visual distinction on what exactly qualifies as an off-shoulder kimono and what instead qualifies as off shoulder + kimono, and is still arbitrarily misused (in contrast, it is easy to visually tell the difference between an off-shoulder shirt and a regular shirt that is simply off shoulder).

This treatment of off_shoulder/off-shoulder seems problematic to me, in that it relies on the user discerning what the design intent of a garment is, which is not always trivial.

The problem is made worse for kimonos, since AFAIK they have neither discrete neck holes (like T-shirts or sweaters have) nor fasteners like buttons or a zipper (which define the neck in button-down shirts, coats and jackets). "Neck size" does not seem to be an intrinsic property of the garment, thus I'm not sure it makes sense to say a kimono is designed to be off-shoulder or not.
