Usage of loading_screen

At the moment loading screen is used in several separate ways:

• Artworks of (fictional) loading screens (post #369732, post #1692967, post #2895780)
• Artworks of (fictional) loading screens? (post #4100470, post #4556747, post #4530257. I'm fairly sure the "loading" here is more about an aesthetic than a genuine attempt of looking like a loading screen, if that makes sense)
• Genuine loading screens (post #2037000? and other flash files, i guess)
• Artworks used as loading screens in their respective games (post #4562568, post #4591090, basically anything under azur_lane loading_screen)

How should they be separated?
I think the first and third definitions can probably be grouped up.
The second definition should go under something like a "Loading" tag.
I can see the fourth definiton being useful, but that should be either a meta tag or a series pool ("Loading screen artworks (Azur Lane)").

The fourth one should probably be tagged as game cg, at least that's how I tagged the Apex loading screens we have on here (ex. post #4341102 and post #4665717). If it doesn't show or imply that there's loading going on with a loading bar/circle/text then I don't think it should be tagged under loading screen.

Game CG shouldn't be used for artworks whose sources are not the games themselves.
