"translation note" tag

Is this tag really useful? Plus most posts with translation notes aren't tagged anyway

It's supposed to be for posts like post #4959027 where a "TN", or translator's note, is left to provide additional context on a translation that might seem odd or out of place otherwise. It's not for any post with a Danbooru note on it, or for posts/commentary with Danbooru translations that have TNs in them.

That being said, I'm not sure why it's a meta tag when it's for TNs visible in the post.

Yeah, it should be the general category. If there's no objection (maybe give it a day), some enterprising user could just go and edit the category instead of needing to submit a BUR (it's less than 15 posts).
