Shatter, shards, shattering and shattered

Shatter is a bad name because it's both a verb and a noun and can also mean the drug shatter. We already have shards and shattered to cover that, which I believe those should be kept separated because if you can't tell what is shattered, then they're only shards. Finally, some posts under shatter can also be replaced with crack, I just don't know what is the best tag to replace it on cases like post #3460234.

I don't see a reason to keep both shattering and breaking either.

It might be worth having a shattering fourth wall, destroying fourth wall or something similar, for when characters are exploding out of the screen. "breaking the fourth wall" is a synonym for talking to the viewer so having it be the main tag name would not work. There's a few posts like that under fourth_wall breaking.
