Deprecate low tied hair

Trying this alias because having both tags doesn't seem really necessary, unless we want to distinguish between different types of low-tied hair.

Asking myself if really every low tied hair is long hair, or not sometimes medium hair? But I didn't found a good example of medium low tied hair, so I'm not against the alias.
(On the other hand I found a huge amount of long hair, not tagged long hair.)

It should be deprecated and split off into low twintails, low ponytail etc instead. It's more comparable to tied hair, which we just deprecated. As Guaro said, low-tied hair doesn't have to be long.

short_twintails low_twintails gives a lot of low medium hair twintails, but not necessarily low-tied ones (aka tied somewhere in the middle of the hair and not directly from the scalp). Same thing goes for short_ponytail low_ponytail Maybe we can have another tag covering them? Something like low-tied short hair in oppose to low-tied long hair
