Rename Xia_Zixuan to Eleven_(Black_Survival)

create alias xia_zixuan -> eleven_(black_survival)

Her real name is not typically what is used to identify her by players. Most players of Black Survival or Eternal Return refer to her as Eleven.

The current tag could be used as an alias.

Not familiar with the game, but the game's official English twitter announcement does only refer to her as Eleven (link), as well as the game's announcement page on steam (link).

If you want the current tag to be an alias, then shouldn't the BUR be alias instead of rename?

I confuse those two. Whichever one works would be fine.

The bulk update request #9789 (forum #210194) has been approved by @evazion.

Changed to an alias. For future reference, always use an alias unless there's some specific reason not to make the old tag a permanent redirect to the new tag.
