I prefer the reverse because "Hoenn" is the current name artist is using.
But considering Hoenn is also the name of a region in Pokemon...

A tag having more posts or being older than the other shouldn't prevail over the artist's current name. Hoenn is ambiguous as VR-Man said, so a rename with a qualifier would be better.

I suppose it could be better that way since it is the artist's current name. When did or how the artist changed their name, is probably lost in time. I could try submitting a rename request like 'hoenn_(lhm)' or 'hoenn_(hoenn17)' and see how that'll work.

You can click on BUR #9745, there you'll see an edit button to change that one. I personally prefer current name + Twitter @ handle in this case and LHM could be renamed with the stacc as a qualifier before aliasing it as well.
