Why doesn't see-through_sleeves automatically implicate see-through?

Because no one has submitted an implication yet.

BUR #9749 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

As above + some other relevant cases. I didn't deep check the usage of the tags before submitting the BUR this time, so someone can still come up with counterexamples (that aren't mistags) that might stop one or more implications and I'll remove them from the list. For now, the only implication like that we already have is for see-through jacket implicating see-through.

I'll check them as soon as I have enough time, specially the small ones, for mistag cleaning and confirm if there isn't anything in the way of the implication.
