Nuke bike_shorts_under_skirt

BUR #9061 has been rejected.

mass update bike_shorts_under_skirt -> bike_shorts skirt

This is just a superfluous compound tag for the bike_shorts skirt search. In fact, if you do a bike_shorts skirt -bike_shorts_under_skirt search, you'll find it has almost identical results with surprisingly few false positives. As such, there's no reason for bike_shorts_under_skirt to exist.

It should be aliased to shorts under skirt instead since bike shorts are shorts.

Any point in aliasing it to pants under skirt? Bike shorts are a kind of pant, right?

e: Never mind, ninja'd with a better suggestion. Didn't realize shorts under skirt and pants under skirt were separate.

I specifically didn't suggest that because last time that alias was suggested, it failed because people couldn't agree on whether bike shorts are shorts or not. But I guess I could make that BUR again as an alternative.
