Correct if I'm wrong, but this is supposed to be the male version of breast envy which isn't a meme. There might be some meme posts, but the concept on its own isn't a meme.

Most of the posts in that tag are referencing this meme: https://amp.knowyourmeme.com/memes/girl-staring-at-guys-chest I agree that a general pectoral envy tag would probably be useful, though.

Didn't knew the meme, it would have been helpful if a link to the meme like the KYM page was attached to the wiki. It seems to me this would be a subset of an actual Pectoral Envy concept. Well, seeing how the tag name is used, I'll reject the BUR.
