There is also hooded_dress
We should properly tag posts like these: post #444493, post #3087891, post #3042671 (they seem to be the only problematic ones so far), but I still support the BUR. Hoodie dress is a bad name, specially when the wiki is blank and we already have hooded dress as Mexiguy said.

Moved those posts to hooded dress. I suppose it's kinda hard to tell the difference between long hoodie and hooded dress apart from the lack of sleeves, but it's better than having hoodie dress and hooded dress at the same time.
