create implication pouring_onto_self -> pouring
I can't think of any cases where the former would be a relevant tag but not the latter, and pouring_onto_self -pouring is indistinguishable from pouring_onto_self pouring.
There are some instances where the pouring is imminent or only implied like: post #4515332, post #4434342, post #3624984, post #4944905 and post #4753083. If nobody thinks that's a problem then the implication seems about right.
There's nothing implied about the pouring in that last one.
And pouring already has quite a lot of images where it's implied (eg. post #5041822, post #5059721, post #5194227) or not actually happening at the time of the image, having either just happened or being just about to happen (eg. post #5128864, post #5209356)
