I was thinking the same thing, since we've been moving toward character_(class)_(fate) tags lately. I'm a bit iffy with other characters that use a full title as their qualifier (for a shitload of reasons which I won't go into here), but I find Jeanne to be a safe change to her class.

Some more housekeeping. Holy fuck these tags are a mess. I assume we never noticed before because the JAlter mess was taking the spotlight.
One issue however: the third ascension is also Ruler. It's my understanding that apocrypha and grand order are basically the same costume, which becomes a different one at the third ascension, correct? I really really don't want to have jeanne d'arc (ruler) (third ascension) (fate).

Correct. It's only different at the third ascension. You can see it on the Fate/Grand Order Wiki and select the various costume tabs to see their differences. I am not bothering with any ascensions that have minor adjustments to the base costume.
Unfortunately, this is unbelievably inconsistent with other characters in FGO. What may be a default at first ascension for one character may be default at second ascension for another. DW doesn't give a shit about consistency, so ascension tags are going to be all over the place, assuming we want to continue with making such tags. I feel bad for trying to explain this nonsense to folks here, but that's just the way it goes.
We either make ascension tags or just add appropriate tags to desceribe the different ascension costumes/forms. I am leaning more towards the former, as it's way more noticeable and easier to search for. Not to mention anyone can go to the wiki and check which is which.
Most of them have no names and like Benit said, it's totally random whether a servant gets a different outfit at ascension 2, 3, or both (Ascension 4 is usually the same outfit as their default one).

That costume was shown in the Fate/Apocrypha anime as well, when she unleashes her second noble phantasm. Though I'm not sure about the light novel, which came before FGO, I never read it.

Oh, I didn't know that. I've never watched Apocrypha, so I'm not 100% on the lore, characters and costumes there.
