its a bit tricky since i wouldn't personally tag it with 1boy hetero, but at the same time it's clearly some kind implied_oral of either fellatio or cunnilingus, but there's really no way of telling.

Seems to be a form of lingerie? I don't believe there's a special term for the variety it is. Lingerie, Frilled cuffs, and frilled choker is all I'd go with.

Question for pool #16569; katis27 isn't actually the artist for this comic. According to the commentary, the artist is someone anonymous and is just listed as "619". katis27 just came up with the script (the comic itself is inspired/based off of a fanfic by ColaBuffy). Should katis27 still be tagged as the artist?

The tag has been used several times on posts parodying the design but with different wording. See post #3836110, post #4013215, post #4125390, etc.

Those seem to fall under Brand_Name_Imitation which explains that "Posts with this tag should also include the brand that is being mimicked."
