Pointless tag that apparently was never intended to be used for tagging. It was only created so all the needless trivia from the tarot wiki would have a place to go (forum #26759). Nowadays it's just free tag padding on tarot posts.
The tarot wiki and the individual card wikis have been updated to include all the information that is relevant to tagging, so I don't see a valid reason for preserving tarot_arcana even as an empty wiki page. All the extraneous info about the cards' meaning and symbolism is beyond the scope of Danbooru's wiki. If someone wants to learn divination techniques, they should look somewhere else.
