create alias stand_arrow -> arrow_(jojo)

same thing. and it's referred to as "the Arrow" or and "Arrow", I don't think it's referred to as a "Stand arrow" in canon.

I would suggest rename instead of alias if this "stand arrow" word isn't even used.

There does seem to be usage of that specific term for it, so an alias would probably make sense.

It is, I actually know and call it by stand arrow. The alias helps.
