create implication mib_mamizou -> futatsuiwa_mamizou

This seems like a simple oversight. It's just Mamizou in a business suit.

other touhou characters have specific tags when a character has a significantly different outfit.
example tanned_cirno, shameimaru_aya_(newsboy), turbo_byakuren, etc.

Even mamizou has a specific tag when he has his human disguise. futatsuiwa_mamizou_(human)
mib mamizou is useful to look for images of mamizou seen in ULiL, who wears that outfit.

also, searching for images with futatsuiwa_mamizou + urban_legend_in_limbo, many images are left out.

I think that the existence of this tag is justified considering that there are a considerable amount of Mamizou images with this outfit.
