Most of the depictions of these are going to be derivative of frankenstein's_monster, though the popularized depiction in western media has it in the neck and it seems that the Japanese migrated it to the head. In the case of frankenstein's monster though they're more commonly referred to as a "bolt" and I don't think I've ever heard them referred to as a screw.

From a glance most of our depictions are of screws, I guess because some specific character designs use screws.
As long as the tag doesn't imply screw/bolt I don't see an issue with merging them all since it's the same concept.
