Same artist with two separate names for some reason.

The reason is the first was made with their Pixiv stacc ID and the second with their Twitter ID. I think the final tag would be better with their name (小涵) with one of the IDs as a qualifier due to ambiguity though, like xiaohan_(fxdjia1995).
