Alias waifu2x -> ai_upscale

BUR #8705 has been rejected.

create alias waifu2x -> ai_upscale

There are other AI upscalers now and I don't think we need tags for each of them. Example post #5078203

waifu2x is also a denoiser, there's a few examples here that aren't upscales, just artifact removal.

So we also can't have an implication... What would be good tag name? ai edit sounds weird and isn't clear what it means, ai upscale or denoise is awful.

I guess I'll add a text to the wiki saying that the tag is also for similar other AI tools and continue to use the tag for all of them.

ai-processed is short and correct, but it’s probably not very intuitive.

I'd like to suggest ai_redraw.

'redraw' sounds like it is a style transfer, or one of the many artist redrawings of Waifu Labs images (either because they liked it or as part of a social media challenge).

How do you know some kind of AI processing was involved? To me, those posts looks heavily filtered and partially painted over.
