Allowed to Rotate Image before Upload?

Am I allowed to rotate an image so that it's right-side-up and upload the rotated image? For example, can I rotate image 2,4, or 5 of pixiv #83206415 90 degrees clockwise before uploading, as that seems to be the artist's intention?

If I am allowed, should I tag it third-party edit? It's technically an edit, but I would say it doesn't really feel like one.

rotated + third-party edit - it is preferable to use, although not required while maintaining the visual integrity of the original image.

Also about third-party edit:

Minor edits that don't substantially alter the content of the image may be allowed. This includes scans that have been stitched, cleaned, detexted, or colorized.

According to this logic, rotation without changing the other parameters (resolution, color profile, metadata, file format) is not prohibited.

Yeah, it's fine to rotate an image if the original has the wrong orientation. Just remember to use rotated.

We should probably remove colorized from that list of minor alterations.
