Alias framed image -> framed

BUR #7924 has been rejected.

Most seems to be tagged for what framed already is for.

A good number are supposedly picture_frame + picture (object) instead though---cleaning it up atm. (edit) Cleaned.

Despite the wiki trying to differentiate them there is no real difference, even most of the oldest pictures framed would belong in border by it's own wiki.

That would make it impossible to find actual frames like post #474081.
Granted, it's already hard because of all the mistags, but still.

I'd say that possibility is currently an illusion, there are lots of intricate frames (probably most of them) tagged only border. We would need to rename both tags to prevent mistags and manually clean them up. Given that border has 37k posts it will be a lot of work even to quickly pick out obvious examples from the thumbnails.
