Should transformed_ditto imply ditto?

Most transformed ditto posts are also tagged with ditto, but some aren't. I'm in favor of the implication, but does anyone else have thoughts?

I find it very likely that someone would search for ditto posts without knowing we have a tag specifically for transformed dittos, so this implication makes sense.
