Midna (imp)

mass update midna -midna_(true) -> midna_(imp)
mass update midna_(true) dual_persona -> midna_(true) midna_(imp) dual_persona

We have a tag for Midna and Midna (true) but no tag specifically for Midna in her imp form, for no reason I'm aware of.

Since there's an implication, I'm assuming because midna -midna_(true) serves the same purpose.

that doesn't account for dual persona, and besides, why require using two tags when just one tag would do?

Ask whoever made the tags for the last 15 years. The majority of our character tags work like this.

midna_(true) -dual_persona. Done. Not sure how adding a midna_(imp) tag changes anything or makes it easier, unless you just really like umbrella tags, which is what you're really asking for.

There's no need to be require two or three tags for a search where one tag would do.

Less maintenance for both taggers and searchers. You get your relevant posts with midna without needing to remember an extra midna_(imp) tag.

How is that less maintenence for searchers?

Midna's imp form already makes up at least two thirds of midna, and being as popular as it is, will likely continue to grow at a faster pace than her true form, while midna (true) barely breaks 50 posts in any two tag midna search I tried, the highest being 57 for midna nude, which totals 250ish posts. Midna (true) accounts for at most 20-33% of any midna search. You only need midna -midna_(true) if you just specifically don't want to see her in her true form, otherwise just midna is more than good enough.

Realistically, midna (imp) probably wouldn't improve the current search options very much.
