Re: forum #198989:
Reading of ハイパー無慈悲 as "hyper_muteki" is incorrect, should be "hyper_mujihi".
Also the _(artist) qualifier is not necessary and should be avoided. In general it's only appropriate when either: A) the artist name is a common word or tag, such as bug (artist) or animal ears (artist), and there are not multiple artists with the name, or B) to differentiate art of a character from art by a character, e.g. ninomae ina'nis and ninomae ina'nis (artist)

i added (artist) because the artist named themself after some mecha from some show, and there is some decent art of that mecha on pixiv if someone wants to upload it
i dont really care about mecha stuff so i didnt bother, and i couldnt find any good english translations of the name

I'm confused, Pixivpedia calls the character the artist took the name from はいぱーむじひ, (mujihi), but the Kamen Rider wiki uses Muteki

Hyper Muteki and Hyper Mujihi don't seem to refer to the same person or thing. I think Muteki is the character. The pixivpedia for Mujihi describes it as a "発生したネタ", which is a phrase that confused me a bit, but I think it means "became a meme". Something happened in the show that became a meme, and Hyper Mujihi is the label fans use for it.
