create alias tian_ye_(bai_yemeng) -> tian_ye_(qys3)
create alias li_(bai_yemeng) -> li_(qys3)
create alias an_yue_(bai_yemeng) -> an_yue_(qys3)
When the artist tag got aliased last year, his OCs weren't aliased to accomodate the change.
This BUR fixes that.
