Rename remaining Fate servant tags to their full name

Rejecting because removing qualifiers after adding them to 99.99% of the fate tags does not seem like a great idea.

lancer_(fate/zero) -> diarmuid_ua_duibhne_(lancer)
diarmuid_ua_duibhne_(fate/grand_order) -> diarmuid_ua_duibhne_(saber)

These two definitely need to happen.
There's no reason to keep the Lancer name when we renamed all the others from Fate/Zero aside from Berserker.

BUR #7157 has been rejected.

create alias lancer_(fate/zero) -> diarmuid_ua_duibhne_(lancer)_(fate)
create alias diarmuid_ua_duibhne_(fate/grand_order) -> diarmuid_ua_duibhne_(saber)_(fate)

These two should not be controversial, hopefully.

I wasn't aware Builders could reject other user's BURs

I've sent the user a DM informing them they shouldn't be doing so for no reason.

They can, as well as edit them. It's useful sometimes.

Well I knew they could edit them, it just never registered that they could reject them, since they obviously can't approve them.

For what it's worth, I probably would've supported the BUR.

It's not the first time it has happened. There probably should be a discussion about the usefulness of builders rejecting others' BURs.

This change has been pushed which will take away editing and rejecting BUR privileges for builders on BURs they didn't make. It'll be live on next site deployment.

I think being able to edit burs can still be useful, esp if new users make weird BURs.

The problem with that is that there is no editing history with BURs so anyone can just vandalize them without a trace. Something similar happened back at forum #149820
