Drum, Drums, Drum_Set

I thought it deserved further discussion. I like NWF's approach, if we can get people to use it. I've also heard "drum kit" used too, though it may be a dialect thing. Thoughts?

The wikipedia article is kit, but set is more popular on google, I don't really have an opinion which way it goes, though.

After looking through drums I can't say I really care which way it goes there either, they're both acceptable. I normally think of multiple drums when I think of drums but the majority of non-drum sets here are a single drum.

The wikipedia article also says that it's in the UK where they call it a Drum Kit, while in the US it is predominately called a Drum Set.

I'd agree with what is said up to this point. I'd call it a drum_set, though myself.

Looks like drum_set was already fairly well in use, but I'm going through drums and applying it where it was missed.

Edit: not that there are many. Someone might have done it already.

I was the one who tagged all the images drum_set, I figured whatever the outcome of this it could be mass edited/alias/implicated to whatever the results were. Prior to me adding images to it, there were 0 images under the tag, but the tag did come up when searching drum* so it was used at some point by someone.

I think I'll alias drum_kit to drum_set, drums > drum, and implicate drum_set to drum. Basically what you recommended already.

Remember to also remove the drums -> instrument implication and replace it with drum -> instrument
