Weapon sheets are displays of weapons with no humans (more or less the character sheet equivalent for weapons), so the focus on weapons by default. Though the content in the tags are similar enough that it may warrant aliasing instead.
Definition of weapon sheet is "a picture showcasing weapons without any people", so I'd say it makes sense to alias them.
They're very similar, but I'd argue the difference between them might be the same as the difference between character sheet and character profile, where the former might (and often does) feature multiple characters, whereas the former focuses on a single character (even if there might be multiple views of that character). It's a subtle difference, but maybe enough to warrant keeping these separate.
Moreover there's nothing in the weapon focus wiki saying that this even need be as focused as a specific profile for or singular focus on a single weapon (like character profile), but rather like, say foot focus, the weapon might just feature prominently in a larger scene with more going on. That would be even further a stretch to joining these tags.

That's because the tag was created today.
If you look at the oldest posts in weapon sheet you'll see it's often not even really a sheet, the tag just served as a weapon focus tag before someone created weapon focus, because weapon sheet was too obscure as a name. Stuff like post #3848185 or post #440406 has been routinely added to weapon sheet for years, so I don't think there's any point in keeping the two separate.
