Rose background -> Floral background

create implication rose_background -> floral_background

Stuff like rose print already implies floral print. To be fair, the print tag is much larger, though.

I don't much see the point in a special background tag just for roses, but then again we have color roses tags already.

Roses seem to see the largest amount of art in anime art.
