shirt in mouth implications

BUR #6948 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create implication shirt_in_mouth -> mouth_hold

These all seem self-explanatory but if any of them don't fit in some cases let me know and I'll edit the BUR.

what,,, what if we gonn get a post of say, idkkk cirno or sumthin where icecream spill on da shirt she wearin and she be suckin da ice cream out da shirt wivout actually liftin da shirt.. shirt in da mouf, but not lift..
