By Japanese law, all pornography (real or drawn) must have some sort of censoring over the genitals. So, all Japanese hentai and porno have a censoring, being pixels, bars, or something else. Following this, true uncensored hentai (made by the original artist) is never published. Which mean that almost every "uncensored" art was uncensored by another artists using art and photo-edit softwares. As I write this, there's over 5000 posts with the "uncensored" tag. By Danbooru standard, editing somebody's work if forbidden.
Just a question for the Danbooru elitists:
If "uncensoring" a work of art is such an unforgivable crime, why most of theses posts are not deleted yet?
I know the answer. Nobody claimed they have done some editing. So, if we just post and get silent, we can get away with anything. After all, either Danbooru love it's pixels and black bars too much, or Danbooru have some of the weirdest double-standards.
Try responding to that with some logical explanation. And if you delete this commentary, it will speak volumes about Danbooru's disturbing policy.
"It doesn't matter" someone said.
It matter because when you uncensor a picture, you do a lot of work WITHOUT BEING PAID. You try to make your best, you share your creation with everybody. Then, some dicks with all-highly morals trow you in the mud and spit on you... just because you dared have said: "I did it".
All that when over 5000 posts that are like yours or "worst" than yours remain untouched.
You call that fair? Yes, it matter. Injustice matter. Double-standardizing matter.
Luckily, Gelbooru doesn't care about "moral principles", and they don't go deleting pictures just for the hell of it. Their auto-grab of Danbooru's stuff is questionable, but a lot of stuff is saved from the elitists that way.
"Look, Danbooru prefers the original images." another said.
So, why all the pictures with the "uncensored" and "photoshop" tags are still up?
