oyakodon/shimaidon implications

create implication oyakodon_(sex) -> mother_and_daughter
create implication shimaidon_(sex) -> sisters

For these two tags to apply to a post, there must be the correspondent family tag.

Should these two tags also imply incest? Not sure if it applies in case of threesomes where the two characters are not interacting with each other but only with the guy.

It doesn't always have to be direct sex with the mother and daughter or sister/sister. Oyakodon and Shimaidon just means the 3rd party is having some form of sexual deed in a threesome manner. Doesn't mean they have to really fuck each other.
