Hamtaro Qualifiers

BUR #6456 has been approved by @evazion.

rename ribbon_(hamutarou) -> ribbon_(hamtaro)
rename koushi_(hamutarou) -> koushi_(hamtaro)

Changing qualifiers to match with the copyright tag (Hamtaro)

Shouldn't it be Hamtaro_(character) instead? Seems more intuitive than doubling on the name and it's what we already do in the case of titular characters (eg Shantae (character), Garfield (character), etc)

EDIT: Ignore me I'm illiterate, the BUR is fine.

This has been going in my head for a while.
Should there be an English name -> Japanese name BUR for Hamtaro characters? I know the tagcount isn't much. But maybe this could be considered.
