I will create holding_pipe_(plumbing) when I sort through the holding_pipe tag.

pipe and pipes are in desperate need of renaming. I just started going through and fixing pipes posts that were mistagged with pipe and there's obviously tons of them. +1 to this BUR cause I think it's the best option.

Can we at least move pipe to smoking_pipe? Thats arguably the one thats getting the most misstags.
