If you ask for it immediately we might replace it in some cases, like if the picture you accidentally uploaded was off-topic. But your last upload was 12 hours ago, so no, upload the right one separately.
One way I was taught to avoid the accidental enter upload is to not click on any of the rating options until you're 100% certain you're done tagging and whatnot.
It outright can't upload until you select a rating. It's saved me more than a few times.
