Don't require artists that request their art not be reposted to request an artist ban

It's disrespectful to the artist to make them jump through hoops to get their own art taken down. Many don't even speak English and it seems like that fact is taken advantage of with the current requirements. Honestly, it's pretty scummy that this needs to be requested. This is in regards to art with watermarks, commentary, or profiles stating that the art is not to be reposted without the artist's permission.
