Can't really be done, necklace has an implication to jewelry and a choker is not something I would classify as jewelry.

And you would be wrong.

A choker is a close-fitting necklace, worn high on the neck. This type of jewelry can consist of one or more bands circling the neck. Chokers can be made of a variety of materials, including velvet, beads, metal and leather. They may or may not be adorned with sequins, studs or some kind of pendant and come in a variety of colours.

I don't really give a shit if wikipedia says it's jewelry I said I wouldn't classify it as such, and we've previously ignored a choker->jewelry implication. What we feel is correct for a tag implication overrides wikipedia quite often.

Then will you accept the Encyclopedia Britannica.

choker

in jewelry, necklace that fits closely around the neck like a snug, high collar. The choker became popular in the late 19th century, and its popularity has continued through the 20th

No, I won't accept any source because it doesn't feel right now stop arguing and let other people weigh in. There is literally no way you can convince me that a piece of cloth is jewelery.

You're basing that on what exactly? 99.9% of chokers we have here are NOT jewelry.

Any ornament for personal adornment is jewelry and all chokers aren't made of cloth alone. I'd swear this community is made up of just a bunch of trolls.
