alias silver_eyes -> grey_eyes

BUR #6140 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias silver_eyes -> grey_eyes

The color silver is mostly defined as "metallic/light grey", but these eye colors probably have the worst mistaggings compared to other shades like red_eyes vs pink_eyes because of how subjectively people seem to perceive lighter/desaturated colors (or they just don't care).

A quick look through ~silver_eyes ~grey_eyes solo will show:

-light_blue_eyes/blue_eyes tagged as silver/grey_eyes
-Light/brown_eyes tagged as silver/grey_eyes
-Light/yellow_eyes tagged as silver/grey_eyes
-Light/purple_eyes tagged as silver/grey_eyes etc.
-(BONUS) actual grey_eyes (that is, a darker shade of grey) tagged as black_eyes (due to the dark_eyes -> black_eyes alias)

and even if these are gardened "properly" (ie. by an individual with a strong understanding of color theory), there will still be massive overlap between the two eye color tags that are just shades of grey (not to mention we also have white_eyes & black_eyes). Additionally, it will be easier to garden only grey_eyes instead of grey_eyes + then gardening silver_eyes, since I only just found out we have the latter as a separate tag from the former.

If this alias passes, then it would probably make sense to suggest a hair color alias for silver_hair -> grey_hair, if only to drive away the evident unreliability of people identifying shades of grey.

silver hair -> grey hair will unfortunately never pass because people associate grey hair with age.

+1 for this however, there's zero reason for us to have silver and grey separated. These random color tags only encourage people to tag by canon and related tags instead of actually looking at the color.

I'm glad somebody finally made this BUR, and +1 to everything nnt said.

I would like silver_hair to be aliased into grey_hair as well, but I'm sceptical as to whether it could happen. It's still worth giving a go after this, though.
