Validation failed error

I'm trying to upload a short video (roughly 700kb) from fantia (free post) but i keep getting the following error.

Validation failed: Md5 confirmation doesn't match Md5

Details
ActiveRecord::RecordInvalid exception raised
app/logical/upload_service.rb:41:in `start!'
app/controllers/uploads_controller.rb:55:in `create'

How do i get past this?

Are you uploading from url or from disk? Are you waiting for the form to become green before you submit the upload if it's from file, or have you tried uploading it somewhere else like https://catbox.moe/ and then uploading it from there?

From disk, since bookmarklet is unable to fetch the file. I didn't try catbox yet though.

Well anyhow.
I went and dug up the inferior twitter version and posted that already, ill just ask for replace it with the fantia version.
