Is there a difference between these two tags?
Seems to me like bloody mouth is a result from being punched in face and blood in mouth is from, say, vampires.
Wouldn't something like post #4618375 be "blood in mouth"?

There's also blood from mouth. They all appear to be the same thing to me.
Bloody mouth seems to be for general "bloody mouths", blood in mouth for when blood is present in or around or trailing from mouths, and blood from mouth for "bleeding from the mouth" when a character is critically injured or is suffering from a mouth or lip injury.
...Though this seems like a bunch of distinctions without difference to most people, as the tagging is are over the place, with people selecting which tag they are most familiar with. Probably should be merged, IMHO.
I suppose we may potentially disambiguate between say, just bloody mouths/blood in mouth, and bleeding from critical internal injuries or mouth injuries... but someone will have to to put in the effort to disambiguate them, and it seems like there will be overlaps and it will require periodic gardening anyhow.
My suggestion would be to just merge them all into bloody mouth. Blood from mouth and blood in mouth by their names encourage unnecessary granularity, while their wikis seem to go out of their way to contradict the usage implied by their names.
